Warner Music Malaysia
Former iQIYI exec Dinesh Ratnam has signed on as MD of Warner Music Malaysia.
Warner Music Finland
Over 15-year Warner Music Finland vet Ramona Forsström is set to begin as MD in November, while Jukka Immonen will start as head of A&R in the new year. Warner Music has also acquired the recorded business of Immonen’s The Fried Music company.

Audoo has tapped former Facebook international music publishing partnerships head Melanie Johnson to serve as chief commercial officer.
Kobalt
Kat Basolo, a Kobalt higher-up of about one decade, has been boosted to SVP of creative sync.
JKBX
JKBX has promoted former Warner Music senior product director Amanda Kopp to chief product officer.
Hallwood Media
Hallwood Media has promoted three-year team member Quinn McGinley to GM of its recording division.
Fantasy Records
Former C3 Presents manager Lindsay Brandt has become Fantasy Records’ first VP of marketing, creative.
Anthem
Having served as Anthem Entertainment’s interim CEO and interim CFO, respectively, since earlier in 2023, Jason Klein and Sal Fazzari have accepted the roles on a permanent basis.
Also as part of the company’s far-reaching reorganization, nearly 10-year team member Tom Leighton is officially VP of licensing, seven-year employee Andy Hawke has been confirmed as Anthem Records’ GM, Andrew Jamal has been acknowledged as director of acquisitions, and former Universal Music marketing manager Ryan Cain has joined the business as director of marketing and communications.
Next, Stephanie Haas has rejoined Anthem as VP of HR following a stint at Shaftesbury, and A&R professional Andy Curran has returned to Anthem after working for businesses including Inveniem.
Lastly, Anthem has upped over five-year director Adrian Battiston to VP of business and legal, promoted 16-year higher-up Jennifer Correia to senior director of legal and Canadian operations, confirmed Dave Collier as VP of technology, and elevated Sony Music Masterworks vet Amanda Dworetsky to senior director of business and legal.

Beatport has promoted former Warner Music strategy and innovation consultant Charles Morgan to chief marketing officer.

Oana Ruxandra has stepped down from her role as WMG’s chief digital officer.
