Italian ticketing company VivaTicket acquires Impronta Soluciones, furthering its footprint in the Spanish market and internationally.
VivaTicket, an Italy-based provider of integrated ticketing software solutions for entertainment industries and more, has acquired Spanish ticketing supplier Impronta Soluciones to further its Spanish market presence. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Impronta’s affiliated companies, Servicios de Ticketing Instanticket, Pay Freely España, Iniciativas Iberoamericanas, and Impronta Mexico, will also be included in the VivaTicket deal.

Founded in 1999, VivaTicket currently operates in 52 countries with 19 offices globally, with a major presence in Italy and France. A provider of integrated ticketing software solutions across leisure, entertainment, sports, trade shows, and more, VivaTicket hopes to expand its customer-oriented software solutions into further international territories.
Impronta was established in 1992 with a focus on theatre and currently boasts over 1,200 operational locations. It has firmly established itself as a pioneer in the development of online and mobile ticket sales software, having most recently expanded its market further into music with its Mexico launch.

Impronta sells over 17 million tickets a year to music events as well as theatre and other live performance events. It has worked with venues and organizers, including SOM Produce, Productores de Sonrisas, Grammy Latin Awards, Teatros del Canal Madrid, and many more.
